Welcome to the latest issue of the Homeworking Ideas newsletter, the monthly publication which gives you all the latest news from the UK on ways of earning money from home.
Stormclix
Whilst not yet as universal as Paypal as a payment processor, StormPay are attempting
to enhance their profile with the introduction of StormClix. You get paid
between 1 cent and $5 simply for visiting websites. Not surprisingly the vast
majority pay 1 cent a time but most days you'll find higher paying clicks and
daily earnings of 50 cents to $1 are easily achievable. You can cash out every
day if you wish as soon as your balance reaches $1. You can also use StormClix
to advertise sites of your own, and all they charge is 10% on top of the payment
you make to visitors. So 500 visitors at 1 cent per visit would cost you just $5.50.
Geographical targeting is available by continent. You need to have a Stormpay
account but this is free of charge and they also make no charge if you want to
withdraw funds from your account by cheque. Sign up at

Featured Survey Site
This month's feature survey site is KNOTs Club. KNOTs is a little different from most
other survey sites. Not only is KNOTs available in much of Europe, but you also
have the choice of taking your awards in vouchers from any of the countries
participating, so if you're planning to holiday in Europe or have friends or
family abroad you can opt for vouchers from the appropriate country. Generally
this means high street stores or Amazon. Currently KNOTs Club is operating in
the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium and The Netherlands so providing
you're over 16 years old and live in one of these countries you qualify.
You'll get your first 250 points when you complete the entry questionnaire
and can cash out from 1100 points. They're currently having a
recruitment drive through existing members ready for a few big campaigns so
if you're interested drop me an e-mail with your name and the e-mail address
you wish to use and I'll send you an invitation. Please note AOL e-mail
addresses cannot be accepted.
Google Adsense
If you're looking to generate extra income from a website, without doubt Google
AdSense has to be the fastest and easiest way for website publishers of all
sizes to earn money. You simply add a line of code to your site wherever you
want the ads to appear and you'll be displaying relevant Google ads on your
website's content pages. Because the ads are related to what your visitors are
looking for on your site, or matched to the characteristics and interests of the
visitors your content attracts, not only do you earn money every time someone clicks
on a link but you're also providing additional relevant information. Whilst
Google's terms and conditions do not permit publishers to disclose too
many details about their earnings I can say that the revenue I earn from
Adsense is now close to half my total income, and many people are earning
6 figure sums annually just from Google. It costs nothing to join and minutes
to set up so there's really no excuse for any website owner not to at least

World Limited Partnership Program
Last month I featured World Limited Partnership Program and mentioned that they
were investigating a possible business for investment. This week they announced
that the business has been approved and are now offering shares for sales in this
business. Just $40 gets you a stake in a health supplement company, not as
an affiliate (although you can sign up as one as well) but as an owner!
Only 5000 shares will be made available and at the last count nearly 2000
had already been sold (one of them to me!) but even if you don't buy a share
you can still earn as 10% of company profits are split between all members,

The E-Myth Revisited
For some reason, I don't usually recommend books you can pick up in your local bookshop but this month I was recommended a book at a seminar by probably the British Number 1 in Internet Marketing, Michael Green. He said that "The E-Myth Revisited" should be required reading for anyone thinking about starting a business or who have already taken that step, and I have to agree with him. It is particularly relevant in online marketing even though that wasn't the original target market. The title refers to the author's belief that entrepreneurs, typically brimming with good but distracting ideas, make poor business people. He establishes an incredibly organised and regimented plan, so that daily details are scripted, freeing the entrepreneur's mind to build the long-term success or failure of the business. When I pushed him for more information he told me he has "a knackered back which prevented me working "traditionally" for 3 years and I used to play around on the net as and when I could sit! " He had also been selling bits and pieces from his flat on Ebay when he came across an ebay ebook we were featuring. He got the major dvd wholesaler from it and a few ideas and then as and when he could he would sell some DVDs - "just for something to do more than anything". Finally this year his back has been causing fewer problems so he has been able to dedicate to the business full time and it has really taken off. As he says "Very lucky as with my poor skill set, age and sick record I would probably be packing jiffy bags myself in a traditional job instead of employing someone to do it for me !"
