Welcome to the latest issue of the Homeworking Ideas newsletter, the monthly publication which gives you all the latest news from the UK on ways of earning money from home.

out of the blue, or respond to an online ad, to be a bookkeeper or representative

2. Featured Survey Sites
This month I've been looking back at the survey invitations I've been receiving to see which companies have been generating the most surveys for which I qualify, and hence earn cash. Whilst there's no guarantee that everyone will receive the same volume of requests, the activity level is a good indication of the potential available.

My first recommendation is Global Test Market. They've been around for years, operate in pretty much all countries of the world and consistently send several invitations every week, usually at least one a day. Whilst obviously I don't always get past the pre-qualifying stage, (this usually only takes a minute or two at the most, and still pays a token amount) the sheer volume means that there are usually at least two or three qualifying questionnaires every week. They pay in cash, and you can claim whenever you reach 1000 points, approx £25, or save up if you prefer for a larger cheque. 1000 points is actually $50 but you are paid in local currency at current exchange rates. I received my last cheque just over a month ago and am already nearly at the 1000 point level again. This is all the more impressive when you consider I'm not the sort of person to respond on the day of receipt and so often miss out because the survey has closed. My second recommendation is Pure Profile. Unlike most sites where questionnaires can take 20 minutes or more to complete, Pure Profile surveys are rarely more than a handful of questions, lasting no more than 5 minutes, and all client surveys pay at least £1 each. You can influence the number of requests you receive by completing details of any purchases you are contemplating in the near future. In addition, the company send out internal messages on a regular basis which take no more than a couple of minutes and pay 40p a time. Recycle your phone for cash
Not so much a freebie but a chance to earn a few quid, help the environment and provide phone contact for the third world. How's that for a feel good moment!
